Very neat and well-maintained upstairs apartment located at the beginning of the Boerbuitenweg within walking distance of the Kwattaweg and shops/supermarkets, etc. as well as bus transport.
The house has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and two single beds.
Both rooms and the living room have air conditioning and hot water is available. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and appliances and there is plenty of clean linen. There is a washing machine in the toilet/bathroom. Both the upstairs and the downstairs apartment can be rented.
The balcony is the width of the house and is secured by a thief iron at the stairs and is connected to the neighborhood app.
The entire balcony has aluminum sliding windows and 2 fans. So more enjoyment and safety are guaranteed. In short, a very pleasant and safe stay.
The house is not a hotel, so you have to provide bath towels, toilet/bath and cleaning supplies, etc. yourself.
The manager lives across the street from the house, so he can be there quickly in the event of an emergency.
