Where?
An hour's drive from Alicante and Valencia, Anca Ayora is located in the hills near the authentic Spanish village of Ayora. There you can enjoy the peace, space and tranquility while the village can be reached in 10 minutes. It is also a nice place for the holidaymaker passing through and is also accessible by camper.
Where the eagle hovers and the olives grow, you can walk, enjoy the views and stay in the spacious garden.
The child (and pet) safe garden has a magnificent view over the valley and the castle of Ayora, the honey village of Spain!

The greenhouse
The conservatory has the first morning sun, the view over the valley with the olive trees is a wonderful place for morning coffee and tea!

The living room
The living room is cozy, with a fireplace and two sofas. You can have lunch there at the large table, but this is of course also possible outside, in the sun or under the ancient olive trees. :-)

The kitchen
Anca Ayora has a well-equipped kitchen, with a wonderful view of the valley, you walk through French doors to the garden and can have breakfast under the Spanish sun!

The bathroom
The bathroom has a large rain shower and a bath, the toilet is separate from the bathroom.

The bedrooms
Anca has two cozy bedrooms, each for two people, in the conservatory there are also sleeping options. In the garden there is enough space for a tent if you want! A separate caravan is available for 2 extra guests. (for an additional fee)
One of the bedrooms has a spacious separate work area and sitting area.

Ayora village
You can swim for free in the large balsa in the village, visit one of the many cozy terraces or enjoy delicious food in the many restaurants! There is a famous vegetarian restaurant in the village called La Pinea. The sturdy castle can be visited, twice a week there is a market with many fresh products. Of course there are several supermarkets.
The area is green, hilly and watery and it is wonderful to walk and cycle here!

Anca Ayora is wonderful for 4 people, two more is also possible ... :-)
A children's tent is always allowed, pets are welcome, parking is of course free in the private parking spaces.

The prices
The rental of Anca Ayora is per week (7 nights) in the high season (July 1 to August 31): 700, - euros, with a minimum of 6 nights.
In the late season per week (7 nights) the rent is 450, - euro with a minimum of 4 nights.

We ask for a deposit of € 200, which will of course be returned if Anca Ayora has been left tidy, that's what we actually assume..😄🙏
The prices include gas, light, water, bed linen, internet and use of towels, games, books, etc..

The cost of the final cleaning is 75 euros
Payment for the period is made in advance by bank.

Cancellation.

up to 6 weeks before the planned arrival date free of charge,
up to 4 weeks before the planned date 50% of the costs,
at 4 weeks or less before the arrival date 100% of the costs.
