This completely renovated apartment in Torrox Costa offers everything you need: a modern kitchen with all appliances, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet and a spacious balcony with sea views! The cozy living room also houses the dining area. There is a good WiFi connection (fiber optic) and television with international channels. The 2 bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 people. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
It is located just 150 meters from the beach in a well-maintained and green urbanization with several communal swimming pools, a tennis court, a padel court, playground and an indoor heated swimming pool. Furthermore, tapas bars, restaurants, shops and a supermarket are just a stone's throw away. The indoor heated swimming pool is also open in winter.

It is mandatory to report all guests when booking, including babies and children up to 2 years of age.
