The Villa and its surroundings:
Our house was completed in June 2014 and is located in San Fulgencio, urbanization La Marina, just 20 minutes by car from Alicante airport.
It is a detached house, on the ground floor with a spacious living room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms, each with 2 box-spring beds. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet. The 2nd bathroom also has a double sink, shower and toilet and is located in the hallway near the other 2 bedrooms.
Luxurious open kitchen, with dishwasher and 5-burner gas stove, as well as all kinds of crockery, pans, etc. The sliding doors around the living room can be opened completely, allowing the indoor/outdoor areas to flow directly into each other.
On the pool side there are two spacious terraces with pergola, where you can enjoy your meal, sunbathe and chill out in the shade.
The swimming pool is 11 x 4 meters and 1.80 m deep. It is possible to heat the swimming pool in spring and autumn
costs are €50.00.
Late check-out is possible upon consultation, we charge €85.00 for this.
The beautiful beach of La Marina is 10 minutes by car, the beach of Guardamar is 15 minutes by car.
We like to keep our house clean and fresh, which is why pets cannot stay here
smoking is not allowed.
