Our lovely penthouse is part of a small-scale apartment complex in the quiet El Oasis district in La Marina/San Fulgencio
The complex has a communal swimming pool and tennis court (free).
Within just 8 minutes by car you can reach one of the many kilometers of sandy beaches of La Marina.
From the roof terrace (75 m2) with dining area, outdoor shower, BBQ, sun beds and lots of privacy you have a phenomenal view over a nature reserve and the skyline of the mountains. The washing machine is located in the storage room on the roof terrace.
Our apartment:
Has 2 balconies, the spacious balcony is adjacent to the living room (dining area and morning sun) and the 2nd balcony is adjacent to the master bedroom.
There are 2 double bedrooms with box-spring beds, 1 x 180 x 200 and 1 x 2 beds 80 x 200. Both bedrooms (air conditioning) have their own bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, electric hob and oven.
The attractive apartment has internet (fiber optic), TV with Dutch channels (streaming) and stereo.
We like to keep our apartment clean and fresh, therefore smoking is not allowed.
Late check-out is possible in consultation, we charge €75.00 for this
