Villa Faisan

Villa Faisán is a beautiful 8-person villa located in Moraira, Spain on the Costa Blanca. Thanks to its 2 floors, this house is ideal for spending a wonderful holiday with family or friends. There is a beautiful swimming pool in the large garden. The villa is fully equipped and has a table tennis table, a basketball hoop and some fitness equipment, so that a stay is also attractive for families with teenagers. In the evening you can enjoy a delicious meal and sit at the newly built outdoor kitchen.

Top floor
The entrance is on the top floor. There is a separate toilet here. You will also find the dining/sitting room and an open kitchen here. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave and oven. The living room has a cozy electric fireplace. Adjacent there is a spacious conservatory that can be completely closed off by means of glass. There is a sea view from the conservatory. From the conservatory there are stairs to the garden. You can also reach the ground floor via an internal staircase from the hallway. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and a very spacious bathroom (sink, bath, shower and toilet) en suite. The room is air-conditioned. This room also has direct access to the adjacent balcony. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed. All beds are 90x200cm.​

Ground floor
On the ground floor there is a smaller sitting room with a kitchenette with a large refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom is spacious and has a sink, shower and toilet. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have 2 single beds and are equipped with air conditioning. All beds are 90x200cm in size. From the living room you can reach the garden through French doors

The garden
From the ground floor you first enter a covered seating area with relaxation chairs. In the garden there is a spacious kidney-shaped swimming pool with a staircase into the water. The deepest part is more than 2 meters deep. There is a very recently built outdoor kitchen with lounge area where you can cook and sit. The garden has many sunbeds, chairs and parasols. There is also a table tennis table and a basketball hoop. In the remaining part of the garden you will find many fruit trees and beautiful Mediterranean plants

Other
The house has its own covered carport with space for 1 car. You can reach this via an electrically operated gate. Any other cars can be parked on the road. You also have access via a pedestrian gate. In a separate room you have access to a washing machine. There is a drying mill in the garden. The entire house is equipped with heating so that a pleasant stay can be guaranteed even in winter. The garden is maintained by a gardener. The swimming pool is cleaned twice a week in summer and once a week out of season.

Location
Villa Faisán is located in Moraira in the Moravit district on a quiet street. The house is built against a mountain, so a car is recommended. However, it is possible to walk in fifteen minutes to the nearest place where there are several restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket. You can walk to L'Andrago beach in 20 minutes. You can drive to the central sandy beach of Les Platgetes or the village within 5 minutes.
