The 6-person apartment with views over the Mediterranean Sea, completely renovated in 2023, is located directly on the beautiful Arenal beach and the lively boulevard of Javea. All facilities within walking distance.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Edificio Playa apartment complex. You can use a private parking space and a well-maintained swimming pool with spacious sunbathing area. The caretaker who lives on the complex maintains the garden and swimming pool daily and is always available if there are any emergencies.

The sleekly furnished apartment has a spacious entrance, 3 spacious double bedrooms with box-spring beds, two bathrooms with luxurious showers, a spacious living room with open kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating!

You can use perfect WiFi throughout the apartment and on the terrace. You can use Netflix on the large smart TV and there is a Chromecast available.

Furthermore, the luxurious kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, oven, freezer and dishwasher) and you can do your laundry with a modern washing machine.

The location is perfect. 50 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain and all facilities (including supermarket, restaurants, clubs, pharmacy, padel and tennis) are within walking distance.

We are Sander and Natasja. Married since 2001 and we have 2 sons, Jesper and Jorn.

It was a dream for us to one day own our own apartment in Spain. This dream has now become reality.

Since spring 2023 we have been the proud owners of the apartment in a fantastic location on the Arenal Beach and lively boulevard in Javea.

We are proud to announce that, after a total renovation, the apartment will be available for rental in the autumn of 2023.

Explanation of prices

Cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

in case of cancellation up to 42 days before the day of arrival: 30% of the rental sum;
in case of cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) to the 28th day before the day of arrival: 60% of the rental sum;
in case of cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) up to 1 day of arrival: 90% of the rental price;
in case of cancellation on the day of arrival or later and no-show: the full rental amount.

You can transfer your booking to someone else. The other person will then take your place.

The following conditions apply:

The other party meets all conditions attached to the agreement, including payment obligations;
You must submit the request 7 days prior to arrival, so that all formalities can still be completed.
