Very attractively renovated spacious and luxurious apartment on the 2nd floor with private roof terrace of 80m2 with 360 degrees unobstructed view of the sea and the castle, right on the boulevard and the harbor, in the heart of Denia.
The cozy entertainment area with cafes and restaurants literally starts at the front door. There are cozy eating and drinking establishments on this charming square with Palms. The busy shopping street is a short walk away and there is a beach to the left of the harbor and to the right of it, all within easy reach. The bus stop is about a hundred meters away, from where the bus departs and arrives from the airport.
Free parking on the street or on the two car parks to the left or right of the harbor, also free in low season.

I still really enjoy Denia and what it has to offer, both in winter and summer. I can really enjoy the roof terrace in the morning with a first cup of espresso and a wonderful view of the sea and see the sun rise, but also when the sun goes down with a glass of wine and the view of the castle or all around 360 degrees .

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
