Welcome to Villa Solmar, your retreat located in the heart of Calpe. Offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury, this charming Spanish-style villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private pool and beautiful garden, all just a short walk from the breathtaking beach of Puerto Blanco.

On arrival, a private driveway welcomes you through a locked gate, with parking for 2 to 3 cars. Step inside and be greeted by a warm and inviting hallway that leads you into the heart of the home. On your right, discover a fully equipped open kitchen with modern amenities including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Adjacent is the dining area, complete with air conditioning and seamlessly flowing into the spacious living room. The living room is decorated with beautiful high ceilings and rustic beams and offers a cozy corner sofa, Smart TV and direct access to the covered terrace. And you can stay connected with free WiFi.

On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe space and an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Head upstairs to discover two additional elegantly decorated bedrooms, each offering a soothing atmosphere with comfortable double beds, air conditioning and wardrobe space. One of the bedrooms has access to a private balcony, ideal for enjoying the surroundings. There is a shared bathroom with a bath/shower combination, toilet and sink.

Step outside and discover the true essence of Mediterranean life as Villa Solmar welcomes you to its enchanting private garden oasis, fully south-facing. Find your perfect spot to relax and unwind, with spacious lounge areas, a dining table for alfresco dining and comfortable sunbeds inviting you to enjoy the Spanish sun. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling 8x4 private pool (can be heated on request, see conditions below), a sanctuary where you can escape from the cares of the world.

With its idyllic location just 750 meters from Puerto Blanco beach and 2 kilometers from the historic center of Calpe, Villa Solmar invites you to experience the best of life on the Costa Blanca. Keep in mind that:
1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this home.
2: You get 300 kWh of electricity per week for free. Additional consumption amounts to € 0.35 per kWh.
3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
4: The house is located in a residential area. Parties and noise after 10pm are not allowed.
5: The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €20 per day and start from the day we switch on the pump.
