 Step into our recently renovated, charming villa 'Casa La Collina', situated on a green hill, just a walking distance from Calpe's famous sandy beach , known as 'La Fustera'.

Our 'casa' has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen-size beds and 1 with 2 single beds, making the accommodation ideal for up to 6 people . Furthermore, 2 bathrooms are available for your comfort.

The villa is surrounded by a lush, traditionally landscaped garden with a large private pool and cozy shaded corners. It makes our holiday home an oasis of peace where you can recharge and relax.

The tranquil setting creates the perfect atmosphere for a carefree holiday with family or friends, while the nearby picturesque medieval town of Benissa and its surroundings offer a wealth of excellent restaurants and boutique shops.

The property is wheelchair accessible and suitable for the elderly, although the use of a car is recommended for your daily needs.

To guarantee your reservation, we need:
  • Deposit of 25% of the total amount.
  • Full payment 30 days prior to arrival
  • Deposit of € 400.00 (refundable)
  • Final cleaning is obligatory (165,- €) and payable locally on arrival to the cleaning company

Cancellation Policy
  • 50% refund of the total rental amount up to 30 days before your check-in date
  • No refund from 29 - 0 days before check-in date
