The Leekstermeer is a 75 meter walk. You can swim, SUP (rental at the pavilion)
The pavilion is a nice restaurant with a large terrace right on the lake. Nice menu and service...enjoy!
Quiet area and yet within 15 minutes by car to the city center of Groningen.

The detached chalet is located in a park without uniformity. There are all kinds of nice and different houses, a mixed audience and no strict rules.

I have lived in Switzerland since 1991 but grew up in the province of Groningen.
It's nice to be in Matsloot every now and then. Beautiful surroundings and feels like home.
To reduce costs and finance maintenance, we rent out our attractive and well-furnished chalet.

Free cancellation up to 7 days in advance.
Afterwards 75% of the rental price.
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
