The house has 145 m2 of living space, a fenced garden of more than 4300 m2, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a nice large heated swimming pool of 11x6 meters.
On the ground floor you will find the living room with a cozy dining area, the kitchen, a separate toilet and two bedrooms. On the mezzanine floor (entre-sol, 5 steps) you will find another bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms, a spacious work area and the 2nd bathroom with toilet.
All bedrooms have luxury beds, wardrobes, mosquito nets on the windows and air conditioning. There is also a cot and two camping cots, which can be used as an (outdoor) box.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large American fridge-freezer with ice maker and a cold water tap. Much smaller equipment is also available, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, Bialetti percolator, KitchenAid, hand blender, juicer, toaster, Airfryer, etc. Washing machine and dryer are of course also at your disposal.
Enough about indoors….because your summer vacation is of course mainly about the outdoors!
Adjacent to the living room you will find the spacious (partly covered) terrace with an authentic pizza oven and a beautiful view! There is ample garden furniture, including 2 large dining tables for 10-12 people, 10 sunbeds, several parasols and a gas barbecue.
The heated swimming pool is nice and large and deep (11m x 6m and depth descending from 1.10m-2.40m). That will be great swimming, diving or making bombs!! On request we can close the pool with a fence. There is also a separate paddling pool for the little ones.
Furthermore, the garden offers a lot of space for fun! A trampoline, a table tennis table and a Jeu-de-Boules court provide fun for young and old!
The location of the house is really ideal! Lots of peace, space, privacy and great views, and that with the first shops and a bakery only 700 meters away (accessible on foot or by car). The larger supermarkets are in Salernes, a 10-minute drive away. Lorgues and Cotignac are known for their good markets.
Accessibility:
- The house is easy to reach by car. From the A8 (Brignoles exit) drive via Cotignac to the D22 towards Sillans-la-Cascade, after 4 kilometers the house is on your right. A long driveway will eventually lead you to the house which is quite a bit lower than the road. As a result, there is hardly any nuisance from the road!
- Airports: Marseille and Toulon both 1 hour 20 minutes and Nice 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Aix-TGV station is only 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Ideal!
