This classic - beach - holiday home is in a unique location!
You can see the dunes, hear the sea , walk to the beach and the sun shines the most in Zeeland. 
And everything is nearby.

Rental per week
Changeover day Saturday.

The house is ready to move in, just like a hotel or a B&B without breakfast.
With a view of the dunes.
French doors to terrace, with windscreens, in the sun, facing south! 
On open meadow, directly behind the dunes.
In a very small car-free park.
You can walk to the beach. 
Without having to cross a road or street. 

It's quiet. 
Only with wind, the leaves and the surf of the sea.
The house is quite suitable for the winter.

Very spacious living/dining kitchen with large windows
And patio doors to the south-facing terrace with SUN!
Large corner sofa and large smart TV.

With a well-equipped kitchen.
~ with a well-stocked china cabinet
~ gas cooking, combi oven, air fryer, dishwasher, kettle. 
2 x coffee machines: Filter coffee and Senseo.

In the extra room:
Large fridge-freezer, towel cabinet, sink, central heating.

Next to the front door; toilet + shower
Upstairs 2 bedrooms:
Both under the sloping roof with narrow stairs to the top.
1 room with 2x bed 90 x 200 and 1x bed 140 x 200

On terrace: 
2 classic windscreens, garden chairs + cushion,
Pick-nick table. 

In storage room:
Large parasol, 4 garden chairs, garden cushions, 2 sun loungers,
washing machine and drying rack.
An outside faucet with hose and shower head.

Behind the house:
2 handcarts. 
In plastic closet: the laundry basket and beach stuff for the children. 

You pay in 2 parts:
Via Miczu's payment request
1* The basic rent+ including VAT
The landlord pays the 12.5% for advertisement.
2* Tourist tax €2.11 per night per person
1 week = €29,54
2 weeks= €59.08
3* Deposit €500.
Deposit for 2 weeks €750
Deposit in Winter and for 3 weeks or more €900
The deposit will be refunded after 14 days.

The following will be deducted from the deposit: the fixed costs:
for 2 persons €275
For 2 persons extra €50

4* Beds + Bed linen, towels, bath towel, washcloth, tea towels, kitchen towels, toilet towel =  per person per time or per week €25
5* Fixed costs:  Administration, wifi, water, park fees, control devices+filters+descaling,
keeping the terrace free of weeds and sand,
--  purchasing and replenishing items.
Dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, cleaning products, kitchen roll,
hand soap, yellow cloth + sponge, toilet block, toilet cleaner,
toilet paper and garbage bags
If something is broken, please report it, it saves a lot of time for us!

6* Final cleaning €100
When you leave, leave everything tidy and clean.
7* Energy according to consumption 

4 nights CHRISTMAS €425 +€275=€800
Or 14 nights CHRISTMAS until 27-12 = €900
+ Tourist tax €2.11 per night.

Behind the house is the wagon for your luggage

Please leave the house tidy and clean!
Removing beds and collecting all laundry. 
So that nothing needs to be washed unnecessarily.

The beach with its many beach pavilions.
Walking or cycling over the tops of the dunes to Vlissingen (6km) 
Western Scheldt with sea-going vessels to Antwerp
with the old seaport, the pilot boats for the sea-going vessels.
The Westduinpark 6 km to the boulevard
