Kárászi Ház

Kárász (Pécs), "the place to be" in the beautiful province: Baranya (southern Hungary). The place to relax! 👍  In the "spacious surroundings" you can enjoy cures for a small price in the thermal baths with sauna, restaurants, pizzerias, terraces, ice cream parlour, etc.. Local shop coop just 200 m from the house with daily fresh bread rolls/bread, spreads, etc... Just behind it is a café/barista with a spacious terrace, with beautiful planting, with accompanying ash just behind it, a  "palinka" brewery (Gáti Papa pálinka).   At 2 km small department store "Tom market". There is a beautiful public outdoor swimming pool (strandfürdo) at only 3km, in the beautiful neighboring village of Magyaregregy address: várvölgyi, utca,3, with terrace,bar & pizzeria. In the house TV with DVD player, with a wide range of DVDs! . Tip: Of course, it is always interesting to bring your own favorite DVD player/laptop/CDs (free wifi) code immediately visible on arrival. The house has a very spacious (size of a football field) 🍀maintained lawn, and 100% fenced! (31/05/2024) As well as an easy-to-slide gate with lock. Village doctor just a stone's throw away
 150 meters from the house, open from 7-10:00 am, has its main practice in nearby beautiful  capital Pècs (30 km)   Due to the more and more requests if a pet is allowed, I still have to fold, and since today 31/05/24 completely fenced (only short-haired and preferably 1 max.2 small dogs allowed (or 1 large well-behaved short-haired) Also possibility to spend the night pet in the garden shed. It is not an "ultra-modern" house, but it can be seen more! (2 bathrooms) Beautiful city of Pécs at exactly 31 km from the house, with its many baristas, cafes, and restaurants with terraces everywhere, as well as with bicycle rental center! Arrival "new large bedroom" 04/07/2022.  New shutters everywhere (2023). Arrival new shower/toilet/sink (2023).
