Casa MOSYNE, the ideal location for peace, nature and liveliness!

Detached attractive villa for 2-6 people with private swimming pool with phenomenal views of the green valley, mountains and sea! The ideal holiday home to stay with up to 6 people and explore the wide, beautiful surroundings. The entire house has been renovated and the furnishings are tasteful, Ibiza style and brand new!

Via the driveway and via the stairs you will find a spacious double studio with its own entrance, equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The studio is located directly next to the swimming pool (8x4m), overlooking the rock garden and beautiful surroundings.

When booking for a maximum of 4 people and if the studio is not used, there is a €150 discount per rental period!

Via an external staircase you reach the 1st floor and you will find a large covered terrace. Here is the entrance to a spacious bright living room with large patio doors at the front. The living room has a smart TV and air conditioning. From the spacious lounge sofas, the view is one large painting both during the day and in the evening, which you can never get enough of!

The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer and Nespresso coffee machine, and is equipped with all conceivable kitchen utensils and crockery. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee at the kitchen bar. On this floor you will also find two attractive bedrooms (2 x single bed and 1 x double bed) with French doors and large deep fitted wardrobes. There is also a modern bathroom with toilet, bath/shower and two sinks.

The house is finished to a high standard, with roller screens for the windows, sliding screen doors for the exterior doors and blackout roller shutters for most of the windows. A laundry room offers use of a new washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and a large extra fridge/freezer.

Enjoy various terraces around the house, including the attractive covered terrace with luxurious outdoor kitchen with large BBQ, mini fridge and a spacious wooden dining table. There is also a spacious terrace by the pool with outdoor shower, two sun loungers, parasol, lounge sofas, a round double lounger and a dining table bar with high chairs. Due to the location of the house on the mountain at the end of a dead-end road, bordering a nature reserve, there is plenty of privacy and beautiful views towards the mountains and sea. Watching the sun set from your lazy chair is extra enjoyable!

The house is surrounded by a beautiful rock garden with a diversity of cacti, palm trees, oleanders and bougainvilleas. Various paths with seats where you can find a lovely spot for your first cup of coffee in the morning and/or seek the shade.

Due to different levels and stairs around the house, it is less suitable for guests who have difficulty walking or have difficulty walking and may also be less suitable for very young children (toddlers). In this hilly area, a car is required to explore the region and do your shopping.

Casa MOSYNE is an ideal base for exploring the area. You will find several supermarkets and the village of Pedreguer 5 minutes by car. In 15 minutes you can reach the historic towns of Javea and Denia, with their long beaches, harbours, cozy terraces and restaurants. The beautiful Jalon Valley is also a 15-minute drive away. Moraira is a 25-minute drive and the historic city of Altea is also easy to reach. There are several picturesque bays and beaches on the coast, such as Granadella and El Portet. There are plenty of opportunities for beautiful walks in the area. For nature lovers, the Montgo mountain is highly recommended with both difficult and easy routes! For golf enthusiasts, there are several golf courses in the immediate vicinity.

Alicante and Valencia airports, both cities an hour away
