Description of the property: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the upper floor, 3 bedrooms and a large shower room are on level -1. On the ground floor you will find an extra bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge, a large terrace for outdoor dining and enjoyment. The private swimming pool is accessible all year round. We provide a set of sheets, a towel set and a towel for the pool for all guests.

Hello, We are Bart and Philippe, your hosts, ready to welcome you to our holiday home in Gran Canaria. After 20 years of being active in banking, and 30 years as a hairdresser respectively, we took the step in 2018 to run a B&B and holiday home in Gran Canaria (and enjoy it ourselves). House rules: 1) naked swimming/sunbathing is allowed (nudism) 2) smoking only allowed outside (terrace, swimming pool area,...) 3) quiet neighborhood, so no loud music or loud parties please 4) silence hours: no music outside from 10 pm from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. silence hours 5) swimming pool: heated from November 1 to April 30 (27 degrees C°) accessible from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm (November to April) accessible from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm (May to October) like to shower before swimming Please do not bring glasses, bottles, etc. into the pool
We recommend that our guests book a rental car as our holiday home is located in the hills around Maspalomas. Activities nearby: Aqualand Maspalomas, water park, located 5 minutes by car. Palmitospark, zoo, dolphinarium, bird show, botanical garden, located 10 minutes by car. Maspalomas dunes and beach, located 15 minutes by car. Gran Canaria is an ideal island for cycling, walking.
