Located halfway from the historic center and the beaches of Pals, just 1.2km from the supermarket and 4km from the beach with all services (shops, restaurants, etc).
The house consists of two floors: the first one consists of an entrance hall, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom (135cm bed), 1 room with two single beds and a complete bathroom with bathtub. The lower floor has the master bedroom suite (160cm bed), a complete bathroom with shower and bathtub, a small office aire and direct access to the garden.
The house has free Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, high chair and baby crib on request and parking outside the property.
I will welcome the tenants and I will be available for them 24/7. If you cannot arrive on the scheduled time, please contact me for alternative plans.
The accommodation is subject to the payment of the tourist tax: 1€ per person per day, with a maximum of 7 nights. To be payed at check-in.
Guests must pay €400 as a deposit to be returned during the check-out, if everything is correct.
There are no extra charges for cleaning, so guests are requested to leave the house in good condition (cleaned kitchen, swept floor, etc). Otherwise, a charge of €120 will be made.
