Our holiday home is located in the lively village of Empuriabrava, near the river La Muga / nature reserve and the beautiful sandy beach is 2 km away. The detached holiday home is located on a spacious and sunny plot (520m2) with a swimming pool and is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. The cozy house has been modernized inside and out in recent years. Free WIFI is available. The garden has beautiful non-slip tile floors and an outdoor shower.
Spanish life naturally takes place outside the home as much as possible. In this villa you can enjoy a relaxing holiday with family and friends!! The house has a covered terrace including barbeque with a view over the garden, swimming pool and the opposite park.
The living room has a comfortable 3 seater lounge sofa, 2.5 seater sofa, TV, stereo, DVD and air conditioning. Adjacent is the attractive dining room and open kitchen.
The kitchen has all modern appliances and an extra large refrigerator. The two bedrooms (with a double bed and the other with two single beds) have comfortable mattresses including ceiling fans. There is a bathroom with a modern walk-in shower and hanging toilet.
The whole house has a modern wood-look tiled floor, double glazing and central heating.
Next to the house is the garden room, which was added in 2022, and is equipped with a modern shower, toilet, sink, air conditioning, fan and a double bed. In addition to sunbeds, the garden also has an outdoor shower with hot water. The lovely swimming pool can also be heated in the early or late season!
Behind the house is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There are also six (city) bicycles that the tenants can use freely.
