This beautiful holiday home is located in Calonge, Costa Brava. The house offers a lot of comfort, peace and privacy. with a great view over the mountains. Recently completely renovated and furnished with care. The house offers 3 bedrooms with plenty of closet space and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with smeg equipment.
In addition to the large garden with swimming pool, the house also offers a nice terrace where you can enjoy the evening sun.
The house is very centrally located. Beaches and bays can be reached in 10 to 20 minutes.

We bought the house two years ago after having been holidaying in the area for years. After the purchase, we completely renovated the house and furnished it with love and care. When we are there, we can be found every weekend at the market in Verges to find nice items for our house. This market is highly recommended.

Of course, we also love the beach and good food, and have plenty of great tips for you in the area.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
