Hello and welcome to my profile.

My name is Ruben and I live in northern Germany.
Since I have Spanish roots, it was always my greatest dream to own a holiday home in Spain. I was able to fulfill this dream in 2021. After we have lovingly furnished the holiday apartment, we offer it for holiday rental during our absence.

I have been the host since January 1st, 2021 and speak German, English and Spanish.

Cancellation policy
You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee if you cancel the booking by 12 noon CET (Central European Time) at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.

The final cleaning costs of EUR 80.00 (pet + EUR 25.00 final cleaning) and a deposit of EUR 250.00 are to be paid directly when the apartment is handed over/moving in.
