Our house, a beautiful semi-detached chalet of the Maite type, is located in the very popular residential Benimar in Rojales, only 7 km from the wonderful sandy beaches of Guardamar del Segura, easily accessible by car but also very easily accessible by car. bicycle.

The terraces at the front of the house are very sunny from morning until sunset.
The house consists of two separate floors, each with its own entrance. The upstairs apartment consists of a luxurious living-dining room and an open kitchen, equipped with all amenities. The furniture in the living room is very comfortably equipped with relaxing chairs with excellent seating quality. There is a smart TV with all Dutch TV channels and there is WiFi. The house is equipped with air conditioning, which provides heating in winter and cooling in summer. There is a bedroom with a twin bed (2x90x200), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet. There is a separate toilet. At the front there is a spacious sun terrace with an awning and comfortable patio furniture. There is sufficient bed and bath linen, the costs of which are included in the rental price.

The apartment downstairs consists of a living-dining room with comfortable furniture, open kitchen, refrigerator with freezer. There is also a TV with all Dutch TV channels via Chromecast and WiFi. A bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) and a bedroom with a double bed with separate mattresses (2x90x200).
There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. There is a full kitchen. The living room has air conditioning for cooling and heating

Behind the house there is a seating area where you can dine or have a drink in the shade, if you wish. Naturally, the house is equipped with very comfortable furniture.
The house has a roof terrace/solarium upstairs where you can enjoy the sun and the view in private.

The house overlooks a beautiful garden and communal swimming pool.

In Benimar, Benijofar and Rojales you will find the necessary shops, restaurants, bars, terraces... even a McDonald and a Dutch snack bar if you don't want to miss your frikandel.
The beautiful seaside resort of Guardamar del Segura with 15 km of unrivaled sandy beaches, gently sloping into the Mediterranean Sea, is 7 km away. It's wonderful to parade on the boulevard.

Your holiday home can also be a great base for making beautiful trips to Alicante, Elche, Torrevieja and Murcia, for example. And... don't forget the beautiful hinterland.

Around Benimar, in a street of 25 km, there are 8 excellent golf courses, the nearest being La Marquesa, a 5-minute drive away.
Benimar is located in the Vega Baja, the low country, where you can make excellent cycling trips. Bicycles can be rented in Benimar.
There is also a beautiful Aquapark 5 minutes away

In short, renting our home is a great idea for a nice holiday.

The house is not rented separately, so only to a group of family or friends.

Since the lower floor is only accessible via the outside entrance, this floor is less suitable for young children (up to approximately 10 years old) for safety reasons. Unless they are accompanied by adults on this floor.
