We completely renovated this nice apartment with fantastic views over the golf course and the mountains in February/March 2024. All furniture is new. We have also installed a new air conditioning and new boiler for hot water supply. Our apartment will be available for rental as of April 1, 2024.

The apartment is just a 30 minute drive from Alicante airport. At 8 km from the beaches of Guardamar and with cities such as Torreveija and Elche nearby, there is always something fun to do. Just a few minutes' walk from the La Marquessa Golf course where you will also find a supermarket, shops and various bars and restaurants.

Located on an urbanization with communal swimming pool. Near villages such as Rojales and Benijofar (typical Spanish). Ciudad Quesada just a few kilometers away (many nightlife). Torrevieja is 15 kilometers away: here you will find beautiful beaches and you can enjoy walking along the boulevard.

Flexible arrival and departure dates. Final cleaning price includes sheets, towels and kitchen linen. Water €15 per week and electricity €0.35 per kWH.
