Villa Mostalla is a beautiful villa located in Pego on the border of the province of Valencia and Alicante. The villa, built in 2018, was designed by Spanish architect Carles Faus. Villa Mostalla has a modern and minimalist design, with clean lines and large windows that let in plenty of natural light and provide beautiful views. The location in the green, combined with the fantastic view over the orange valley is unique in this area.

The interior of Villa Mostalla was designed by VONDOM, a leading interior architect specialized in the design and production of designer furniture and accessories for indoors and outdoors. VONDOM's furniture and decorative elements perfectly complement the modern design of the house, creating a seamless and stylish yet warm atmosphere.

Thanks to the craftsmanship of both Carles Faus and VONDOM, Villa Mostalla is not only a beautiful example of modern architecture, but above all a wonderful place with all the comforts to enjoy your holiday!

Rooms
Villa Mostalla, where luxury and comfort go hand in hand, has a total of five bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable double beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, bathroom furniture and toilet, so you can enjoy complete privacy during your stay. The rooms have spacious wardrobes with sufficient storage space and hangers. The rooms are beautifully furnished and all have a desk/dressing table, hairdryer and full-length mirror.

Villa Mostalla is the ideal place to relax with family and friends. Whether it's a week away or the entire summer holidays. The mild climate of the Costa Blanca makes a stay pleasant, even in the winter months.
The villa is equipped for the pleasant hustle and bustle of 10 people, where everyone can find a place to retreat for a while. The many terraces (2 of which are covered) offer the opportunity for sun as well as a place in the shade.

Equipped with all amenities
You approach the villa from street level (roof terrace level) via a travertino staircase down 1 floor to the entrance of villa Mostalla.
The entrance, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with bathroom, as well as a separate guest toilet and a spacious adjacent covered outdoor terrace are located on the main floor.
The kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped, including a spacious American refrigerator and freezer with ice cubes/water dispenser. The induction hob, oven and microwave oven make cooking a pleasure. The dishwasher makes washing up unnecessary and fresh coffee, macchiato or espresso can be made with the extensive built-in coffee machine.

We go up 1 floor via the glass staircase. Here is the master bedroom with a very spacious ensuite bathroom with rain shower, bath, double sink and toilet. The master bedroom is directly adjacent to the spacious roof terrace with lounge set, bar table, sun beds and a luxurious 2-person sun bed with canopy. The entire terrace has a great view over the orange valley to the Mediterranean Sea.

We go down 1 floor from the living level. On this level you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 with a view of the swimming pool and a gym equipped with rowing machine, treadmill, exercise bike and various dumbles. On this floor there is also a TV room and a professional pool table with an adjacent partly covered terrace with bar table and lounge chairs. This floor also gives access to the laundry room with washing machine, dryer and extra refrigerator. You will also find a 2nd guest toilet here.

Swimming with an unforgettable view
The azure blue infinity swimming pool with a view over the valley is 14 x 3.5 meters, with a depth ranging from 0.3 to 1.70 m. Next to the swimming pool is an outdoor shower and an extra storage space with (minibar) refrigerator. The terrace is equipped with lovely adjustable sunbeds with cushions, a lounge set and parasols. In the storage room there is a table tennis table that can be folded out onto the artificial lawn for a game of table tennis.

Villa Mostalla has an outdoor camera system with alarm.

Villa Mostalla is uniquely located on the Costa Blanca between Valencia and Alicante (both ~100km). Villa Mostalla is located on Monte Mostalla on the edge of the picturesque village of Pego and offers panoramic views over the Pego Valley to the coastline of the Costa Blanca where you can see the sun rise.
The location is easily accessible by car from Valencia or Alicante airports.
