Entrance through garden. 4 steps lead you to the kitchen and dining room, but after that everything is on one level.

Entrance to kitchen and dining room. So very few steps. Next to the pool there are stairs down, but you can also go down the driveway on the other side of the house without stairs.
Cozy sitting in the garden where you have sun until late in the afternoon and on the other hand find shade when it is too hot during the day.

Very practical summer kitchen, a naya, with cupboards, refrigerator and small dishwasher. There are also 2 gas burners for cool evenings.

The rock of Ifach in Calpe with its beautiful sandy beach.
The port of Campo Manes is well worth a visit with its beautiful yachts. Nice bars and restaurants.
Fuentes del Algar is well worth a visit and is on the road to Guadelest.
