This holiday apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Free 5G Wifi and Smart TV with all Dutch and many international channels. Underneath the apartment is a secure private parking space. The holiday apartment has  a very good sun position on the South-East. Within the well-maintained complex, there are four swimming pools.

Orihuela Costa borders Torrevieja and is located on the Costa Blanca South, about 40 kilometers from Alicante airport. On the Orihuela Costa you will find the beaches of Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor. Orihuela Costa , together with Torrevieja, is a very popular holiday resort with a lively nightlife all year round. The quality of the beaches and bathing water meet the high standards of the E.U. In the vicinity there are several golf courses such as Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin.

The holiday apartment El Canario Azul is located in the quiet apartment complex La Calma and is fully furnished. There is a spacious kitchen with extensive cooking utensils, oven, microwave, table grill fridge-freezer. Eating out costs little; But the kitchen is perfectly suited to make a good meal yourself. Of course there is also a coffee (cup) machine, kettle, a washer/dryer and of course good air conditioning.

There is (free) fast Internet with 5G Wifi and Smart TV with all Dutch and International channels. Bed linen and towels are provided. Normal consumption of electricity is included. In case of a higher consumption than the average of 100 kWh per week, € 0.30 per kWh (meter available) will be charged.

Within the well-kept recess, there are four swimming pools and large gardens with plenty of sun and shade.  Playa Flamenca beach is 700 metres away and Punta Prima beach is 800 metres away. Within Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja there are several beaches and local shopping centres. It is estimated that there are more than 1,000 restaurants and terraces in Oriuhela Costa and its immediate surroundings. 

Right in front of the holiday apartment is the Lidl supermarket and the Euro Bazar superstore. 50 meters away is a small shopping center with another supermarket. There is a bank, ATM, outdoor cafes, restaurants, a Burger King, a gym, mini golf, a gas station and much more.

At 200 meters from the holiday home is also a nice complex with about 40 restaurants, from cheap to more expensive, but still cheap. There is also a hairdresser, a dentist, a veterinarian and a number of other shops. 

Within the immediate vicinity of the holiday apartment is also the well-known "La Zenia Boulevard" where numerous large and smaller shops are located. C&A, H&M, Primark and many other well-known stores. La Zenia Boulevard also has an extensive range of terraces and restaurants. There is a very large underground car park with lifts and roller rinks, which runs underneath the entire complex. Parking is free everywhere, even in the parking garages and even on the beach. There are also plenty of free parking spaces for the disabled nearby.

Every Saturday there is the large Playa Flamenca street market nearby, with many hundreds of stalls on both sides over a length of more than a kilometre. Every day there is something to do in the area. 

Sun, sea, beach, shops, restaurants and lots of nice places and sports including water sports and golf, you will find it all a short distance from this holiday apartment.
