Our penthouse is located on the fourth floor with view on the swimming pool, there is no catering under the complex so you have the advantage of staying in the center but not the disadvantage of noise from the busy roads, bars and terraces.
The penthouse is luxuriously furnished with:

Moraira is called the pearl on the Costa Blanca. With perhaps the best climate in Europe and its natural beauty, this area is an oasis of serenity and luxury. And with the ideal location between Alicante and Valencia, there is always a cheap flight at both airports. Directly at the airport you pick up your rental car for, sometimes only, € 5 per day. With its luxury streets and small scale without high-rise, Moraira has retained its authenticity. It is very crowded with many terraces and restaurants without being too touristy. Because many Spaniards live in the center, it has retained its Spanish character. There is plenty to do for young and old, there is a beautiful kart track of a former F1 test driver and the little ones will also enjoy themselves on the beach with fish and crabs from the brook. There are beautiful ships in the large and luxurious marina and you can even buy fresh fish at the fish market.

We also have an apartment for rent in the same building. Do you want to go on holiday with friends or family? Together on vacation, but still the privacy of your own apartment.
Overwintering
Why do Moraira spend the winter? Anyone who wants to hibernate can do well in Moraira. The weather in Moraira lends itself extremely well. The pleasant climate of Moraira makes it often spring-like in the winter months with temperatures between 15 and 20 degrees. That in combination with fairly little rainfall and a lot of sun makes it wonderful to stay in Moraira. Moreover, the climate of Moraira has been labeled by the World Health Organization as one of the healthiest in the world.
