You reach the terrace of Casa Mar y Sol via the driveway with private parking (under the carport). From here you enter the house via a staircase of 4 steps. The spacious and cozy living room has a sitting area with smart TV (Flemish channels and NPO/NL), fireplace, book and games cabinet, desk and air conditioning . The large windows, overlooking the garden, terrace and swimming pool, bathe this room in natural light. The round dining area has a view of the garden and swimming pool. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator with freezer, hob, microwave and Senseo coffee machine. Since you live outside, the owner has placed the dishwasher and washing machine in the outdoor kitchen, which is very convenient.

Bedroom 1 & 2 with a double bed, air conditioning, mosquito screens and ceiling fan. The bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet is equipped with mosquito screens and air conditioning.

Outdoor living of Casa Mar y Sol
What a nice holiday home this is! This house calls for outdoor living. On the terrace you will find the spacious, covered outdoor kitchen . With a view of the terrace, swimming pool and the rolling hills of Moraira, this is the ideal place to spend the summer. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, sufficient kitchenware, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a barbecue available.

You can eat and play games at the large dining table. There are also two nice sun loungers, a parasol, two large garden chairs and a cozy seating area. There is an outdoor shower with sink and toilet. In addition, the terrace leads to an enclosed garden, where you can play "boules" yourself. A number of fruit trees also grow in the garden; picking is allowed!

The swimming pool has a size of 8 x 4 meters. In the photos you see sliding pieces over the swimming pool that are intended for the spring, autumn and winter period, so the water stays nice and warm when the sun is on it. In the summer these open completely and are pushed to one side and a large part is cleared away in the garage. A small piece remains on one side, which will not bother you.

- In the other months, arrival and departure is permitted on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings.

A deposit of €250 applies for Casa Mar y sol. The deposit is paid via a secure payment link that you will receive by email 2 weeks before arrival. The amount will be reserved on your credit card but will not be debited (if no damage has been found). This deposit does not affect your credit card limit. The deposit can only be paid by credit card. The reservation on your card will be a maximum of 21 days.

Winter rental
Winter rental from November to March is not possible in this house.
