Our 4-room villa is located at the foot of the Monte Pego mountain and is equipped with all the luxury and comfort to give you a wonderful holiday! Completely furnished villa in Riviera Maison style where you can enjoy a wonderful stay all year round.

Heating by the fireplace and Daikin air conditioning offer you extra comfort. Luxury bedding, plenty of towels, bathrobes and even beach towels are ready for you. The beautiful swimming pool with its panoramic views offers plenty of entertainment for young and old and is child-friendly. Equipped with an outdoor shower and luxurious sun beds, this is a wonderful place for your group.

Luxury, comfort and sustainability are our priorities. You can control the individual air conditioning and Philips Hue lighting via an app on your smartphone; wonderful when you return to a lovely cool house after a day at the beach or inland! The villa is equipped with 5 air conditioners; Each bedroom is equipped with a DAIKIN air conditioning with WIFI module, the living room also has air conditioning.

Casa Bellavista 515 is divided into 2 floors and is suitable for 2-4 people or a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children up to 4 years old. Layout:

The entire house is located on the first floor, here you will find a spacious living room with a comfortable corner sofa by the fireplace, a large dining table for 8 people, the renovated and luxurious kitchen that is fully equipped, the bathroom is equipped with a bath and rain shower, the Master Bedroom has a luxurious King-size bed and offers plenty of closet space, Spanish shutters on the windows and a beautiful view give you that wonderful holiday feeling. Bathrobes and bath slippers are at your disposal.

On this floor there is another spacious bedroom with a luxurious queen-size box spring and a phenomenal view.

In addition, there are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with queen-size box springs (or 2 x 1 person), 1 of these bedrooms is very spacious, there is enough space for 1 to 2 children's beds.

A workplace has also been created; feel free to combine work & holiday with your family! Next you will find a bathroom with rain shower and a small pantry with refrigerator and coffee/tea making facilities. These rooms offer pool views.

Because the villa is built on a mountain, it is unfortunately not suitable for the disabled. We also recommend that you use a (rental) car. Supermarket is 5 minutes away in the villages of El Verger or Pego.

The beach is a 10-minute drive away, a beautiful route through the La Marjal nature reserve takes you to the wonderful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca. Very suitable for families with small children, the beach is very wide and slopes gently into the sea.

The Oliva Nova golf course is a 10-minute drive away, the bustling Mediterranean city of Denia is approximately a 20-minute drive away. With its beautiful castle on top of a high rock, the large marina and many restaurants and shops, a wonderful city to stay in!

Drive into the interior and visit the many caves and walk to the waterfalls! Come swim in the natural spring of La Marjal where the water is a constant 24 degrees!
