It is located in the quiet inner part of the urbanization with direct access to the swimming pool and the communal areas which consist of: parking space in the covered car park, a swimming pool (adults and children) and a playground.
You can walk to the old town of Javea in a few minutes and have access to: supermarkets, markets, banks, restaurants and cafes, gyms and a post office. Jávea's beaches and marina are a 15-minute walk away.
In this modern house, equipped with all amenities, you can enjoy your stay in both summer and winter.
