In 2017, my husband and I fell in love with this villa (built in 2003) with a superb unobstructed view towards the sea. The garden includes different places to rest and enjoy the calm and atmosphere specific to the 'place.

The interior is full of charm, up to date, in perfect condition. It consists of 3 bedrooms with 2 beds, 2 new bathrooms. The kitchen and living room communicate in such a way as to create a friendly atmosphere. The dining room is located in the "tower" of the villa, on the ground floor and is therefore in a typical round space.

  • annulation plus de 3 mois avant le début de la location : sans frais
  • annulation entre le 90ème et le 60ème jour avant le début de la location : 25% du prix de la location
  • annulation entre le 59ème et le 30ème jour avant le début de la location : 50% du prix de la location
  • annulation moins de 30 jours avant le début de la location : 100% du prix de la location
Si le locataire informe l'hébergeur seulement à la date de début ou pendant la durée de la location qu'il n'utilisera pas (ou plus) l'objet loué, il reste remboursable de la totalité du prix de la location.

From the villa, you can walk to Cap Nègre and Cap de la Nao which are magnificent views of the sea and cliffs.
You have the beaches of Granadella, Ambolo, La Barraca nearby
A small food store at the bottom of the street and another more complete one 1 km away, which saves you having to go down to Consum
A tennis club is located 600 m from the house
Furthermore, Javea offers many water activities but also very beautiful walks or bike rides.
The Arenal (where there is a fine sandy beach) is the ideal stroll at the end of the day with its bars, restaurants, terraces
Old Javea is also worth visiting and discovering delicious little restaurants there.
