Explanation of prices

Our guests can cancel for free up to 30 days before arrival. The guest pays 50% of the total price if he/she cancels within 30 days before arrival. If our guests cancel within 5 days or do not show up, they will pay the total price of the reservation.

If, for whatever reason, our guests cannot, will not or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, they must inform us immediately. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.
