The apartment is on the 1st floor (elevator available) and has a spacious, partly covered, south-facing balcony. It features a large and wonderfully bright living/dining room. The living room area is a pleasant place to stay and there is a beautiful 43-inch wall-mounted television, connected to fast fiber WiFi. The living/dining room has a patio door to the balcony.
The open kitchen area has an electric hob, oven and microwave, fridge freezer, spacious worktop and 1.5 size sink and washing machine. Other facilities are also available, such as Nespresso machine, orange press, kettle, toaster and drying rack.
In the sleeping area there are 2 comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a double bed of 180x200 cm and a patio door to the terrace. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds of 90x200 cm each, with a bedside table in between, but the beds can also be placed next to each other, of course. The apartment has air conditioning (also heating) for the living/dining area and each bedroom.
The bathroom was completely renovated at the end of 2022 and is equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet.

For beachgoers, there is a shower on the ground floor of 2.5x2.5 m to rinse off the sandy beach below.
The apartment has a private carport on the grounds of the apartment complex L'Ancora. The friendly concierge Maria-Angeles is always there for questions and help. She also speaks English. On the site itself there is another covered terrace with seating areas. There is also an extra garden with washing lines where you can also hang your laundry.
The L'Ancora complex is located right (20 meters) next to a very pleasant tennis / padel club. If you purchase drinks, you can use their swimming pool (with built-in bar!) all day long. This club also has a nice Ibiza style bar for a pleasant afternoon or evening. The hourly rates for the padel/tennis courts are: double padel court EUR 24, single padel court EUR 14, tennis court EUR 14.
Facilities such as supermarket, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, bars and ATM are within walking distance.
Prices include use of WiFi, bed linen, towels and tea towels.
