The holiday home is located in the quiet urbanization 'Valle del Paraïso' with fantastic views over the mountains and the valley.

The house is fully furnished and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (1 en-suite), a spacious living room, semi-open kitchen, terrace, backyard, balcony, guest toilet, roof terrace, large swimming pool and private parking.

From the house there is a beautiful view over the mountains and the valley with vineyards, olive and almond trees.

The center of Jalon is about 1 km away and beautiful beaches can be reached in a 15-minute drive.
The Gorgos River, the lifeline of the valley, meanders past the villages.
There are several typical Spanish mountain villages in the valley, each village has its own culture and celebrations.

In January/February the almond trees are in bloom and the valley is transformed into one white/pink flower splendor.
In autumn the leaves of the vineyards turn beautiful orange/red

The valley is known for its wine.
Mainly sweet wines are produced that taste good as dessert wine.
The famous Mistella comes from here.
There are several bodegas (wineries) with delicious wines and wine tastings.

In the area there are many Riuraus, characteristic buildings that were used to dry the Muscat grapes into raisins.

The valley is ideal for walking, cycling and mountain climbing.
There are many routes with different levels and all well marked.
In winter, many professional and amateur cycling clubs hold their training here

In addition to the tourist seaside resorts and boulevards, there are many sights inland such as reservoirs, castles and waterfalls.
