Luxury apartment with very large roof terrace! The house has air conditioning, TV and WIFI. In the evening, the lighting of the complex creates a romantic atmosphere. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, microwave, vacuum cleaner and coffee maker. The bedrooms 1 x 2 + 2 x 1 beds are equipped with built-in wardrobes and have a private bathroom. The bathrooms have a walk-in shower, toilet + mirror. The bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.

Outside there is a large beautiful communal swimming pool with green plantations and palm trees, fitness, playground and indoor swimming pool, sauna, showers and toilet. there is also a very large one
underground parking space where you can park your car and/or cycle.

Near a large salt lake, only 6 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Guardamar and from the only beautiful pine nature reserve along the sea of La Marina. approx. 15 minutes from the city of Torrevieja, approx. 25 minutes from the largest shopping center of the Costa Blanca (La Zenia Boulevard) and approx. 30 minutes from the city of Alicante and the airport. All amenities are within walking distance (pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, etc.).

The nightly price includes 10 KWH per day. Other consumption is charged at a market rate.
It is for 4 guests, possibly a 5th guest available on the sofa bed for a surcharge of €15 per night and in the months of July/August the surcharge is €20.

We are Albert and Margret and we are enjoying our beautiful apartments in Guardamar. Sun, sea, beach and good food. For kids there is a beautiful enclosed courtyard with a sunbathing lawn where they can have fun without the parents having to go downstairs. parents can sunbathe on the terrace or roof terrace, have aperitifs, read, etc. with themselves and the children in the courtyard. We hope to welcome you in one of our luxury apartments.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 10%
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
