Check-in from 4:00 PM (if after 8:00 PM additional fee €30 - after 00:00 €50). Check-out until 10:00 AM DEPOSIT / DAMAGE / DEPOSIT

The reservation is final upon payment of the 30% deposit no later than 7 days after receipt of the quotation/advance invoice. The final sum must be paid 3 weeks before the arrival date.

The deposit will be refunded no later than 3 weeks after check-out.

Deposit will be refunded under the following conditions: no fines have been imposed due to illegal activities, other rentals or services ordered during the stay. All waste has been cleared into the appropriate containers and all kitchen equipment used has been cleaned and tidied up.

And no damage has been found to the accommodation, either inside or outside. All keys have been returned. All bills during the stay are paid before departure. No bed or bath linens are missing or damaged.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 people as indicated.
INCLUDED Included in the rental rate are: bed linen and bath towels, WiFi, water.
CLEANING SERVICE If desired, you can always request an extra cleaning service for a fee.
LOSS OF KEYS or remote control If the remote control or house key is lost, a cost of €50/piece will be charged (security key: €80/piece) If the air conditioning/TV remote control is lost: €50/piece
LIABILITY The landlord/owner is not responsible for:* accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur during the stay in/or around the home;* loss of personal belongings or valuables of the tenants.* burglary, damage to own belongings/vehicles that are presented by third parties.
PETS Pets are not allowed in the holiday home.
OTHER HOUSE RULES Barbecue with charcoal is prohibited. Smoking inside the apartment is also not allowed.
