Enjoy our beautiful Spanish villa with a Dutch touch. Child-friendly, lots of space, a private pool and close to the center and beach of Calpe.

The villa has a nice, quiet energy and is fully equipped. The area and residential area are very peaceful and quiet and that also helps a lot. The house has two floors. Each floor has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed of 1.80m by 2.00m) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The upper floor has two bathrooms and the lower floor has a bathroom.

The house is on a plot of 945m2. There is a fantastic garden, a swimming pool and plenty of space to enjoy the sun, but also in the shade. Behind the gate there is room for a total of three cars, but there is always enough space outside on the street.

The neighborhood is quiet and tidy and yet you are around the corner from the center of Calpe and the beautiful beaches that this nice town has to offer. Within an hour of Alicante and the airport and in the surrounding area there is plenty to do. There are many activities, especially for nature and cycling enthusiasts.

We are a Dutch/Chilean family with two children aged 10 and 1.5 years. We bought this villa in March 2023 and in the time that we are not there, we think it would be nice if you came to celebrate a holiday in our second home. We hope you enjoy and relax as much as we do :-)

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
