We immediately fell in love with this second-line corner apartment with the fantastic large terrace (70m2) and versatile views of the sea, beach, the harbor, the Penon de Ifach and the boulevard! Located between the sea and the salt lake on the tenth floor of Edificio Nautilus 2. This complex of 12 floors and 48 apartments has two elevators. Our floor is shared with only 1 neighbor.

Sunny bright living room with smart TV (NLZiet), WiFi and Chrome cast, separate kitchen with adjoining utility room with washing machine. Two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with a double box spring and ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, bath and hand shower. The other bedroom has two separate single box springs, fitted wardrobes and a private balcony overlooking the salt lake. The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning (heat and cold). There is also a second separate bathroom with sink, toilet and walk-in shower. From the master bedroom, the living room and the utility room there is access to the spacious sunny terrace, where, partly thanks to the canopies, you can stay both in and out of the sun. Parasol, lounge set and two sunbeds with cushions for a wonderful outdoor life.
The complex also has a garden with swimming pool and children's pool, sun beds and seating areas where you can relax. Also some play equipment for the little ones.

There is plenty of parking in the immediate area, free of charge, except in the months of July and August. There is an option to park in the building with a parking space of approximately 225 by 470 cm. Ask us about the possibilities.

Calpe has a good and relatively cheap bus connection with Alicante Aeropuerto, including the Beniconnect company. Renting a car at the airport via Skyscanner or RentalCars is also possible.

A wonderful apartment for a nice summer holiday as well as for a sunny winter.

We are Rob and Marlies and have been the happy owners of apartment Maroen since 2022. After searching for our own place in Spain, we came across this super apartment in Calpe, which completely meets our needs!
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, beautiful bright living room, kitchen, utility room and last but not least a super large living/living terrace. We hope that other people besides ourselves can also enjoy this.

Explanation of prices

Discounts on rental prices are possible for stays longer than 1 week.

Mentioned prices are exclusive of any tourist tax, including water, including electricity up to 10 kWh per day on average. Additional electricity consumption € 0.45 per kWh, which will subsequently be deducted from the deposit.
Deposit: €300 to be paid online, no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
Deposit will be refunded no later than 14 days, after any deduction of costs incurred.

Terms of payment:
30% of the rental price to be paid by the tenant within three working days after booking, signing the rental agreement and no later than six weeks before the arrival date.
Remaining 70% to be paid by tenant no later than six weeks before arrival date.

Cancellation policy:
If the tenant cancels up to six weeks before the arrival date, the tenant will be charged 30% of the total rental price.
If the tenant cancels up to 4 weeks before the arrival date, the tenant will be charged 50% of the total rental price.
If the tenant cancels up to 1 week before the arrival date, the tenant will be charged 90% of the total rental price.
If the tenant cancels after 1 week before arrival, the tenant will be charged 100% of the total rental price.
In the event of cancellation by the landlord, the total rental price will be returned to the tenant.

Check-in is after 5:00 PM. Check out is before 10:00 am. And in consultation.
Pets in consultation at an additional cost of €50.

Smoking is not allowed in this apartment!

Small but nice and cozy beach across the road. Turn left for about 100 meters, down the stairs and you're there! Plenty of nice places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner.
