The house is a modern house with all kinds of comforts. With the terrace recently renovated and also with a new pool and a water heater that starts up in the colder months. This means that you can enjoy a warm water bath in the months when the weather is still cold. In summer we do not have it connected because the temperature in the pool is optimal for swimming.

The heating and air conditioning system is new. The hot water heater was also changed. Everything to contribute to the environment. The decoration is modern with a Nordic style and in line with my style.

Everything is made with a lot of love and affection. The house is very popular with guests and guests. It is a perfect house to share and enjoy with family or as a couple or to be with friends.

During the winter it is my usual home and so I have the opportunity to take care of it and every detail and keep an eye on the entire house and its maintenance. I am always available for guests. Not only for household and household matters but also to help them with anything they need. Guests must make good use of the appliances and the house in general. Animals are always welcome in the house but they must not climb on the beds or the sofa and must not bathe in the pool.

The house is thought out and planned in every detail so that guests feel very good and at ease. . Nearby surroundings:- At the end of the street there is an area where you can go down to the field and on the left you can walk towards the town and you will find the Casa del Cocó (a house museum). You will find route signs and if you know you will see rabbit burrows, almond trees... You arrive at the town very soon. If you go out onto the road, walk a little to the left and there you will find two route signs. They are both very interesting. There is no difficulty in making the walk. If you have a dog you can take it for a walk in the field in front of the house. Three of my neighbors go there with their dogs and their dogs are very friendly too.

Explanation of prices

Half of the rental price is paid as a reservation. The reservation can be canceled up to 30 days after arrival, the money given will be refunded. The rest of the price will be paid at the entrance of the property.

The deposit will be €300, it will also be paid at the entrance of the property and will be returned upon departure. Supplies and cleaning costs are included in the rental price.
