VILLA NOREÑA HOLIDAY HOME IN CALPE
Not often do we discover a holiday home with such an overwhelming panoramic view. During the day you can marvel at the azure blue sea and the seaside resort of Calpe in the distance and in the evening you can enjoy dozens of twinkling lights. The Dutch owners have beautifully decorated Villa Noreña, using a modern design. This villa with a heated private swimming pool in Calpe is ideal for a stay of two families. On the enormous outdoor terrace you can sunbathe on the sunbeds or take a dip in the private pool.

LAYOUT VILLA NOREÑA
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with plenty of light and space, equipped with a corner sofa, satellite television (Dutch channels) with DVD player and a beautiful wooden dining area with luxurious armchairs. The kitchen is sleek and modern, including a 4-burner electric hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

On the top floor you will find the master bedroom with a double bed (200 x 160 cm) and patio doors to the balcony with a beautiful panoramic view. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The third and fourth bedrooms are on the ground floor. Both bedrooms have a double bed (200 x 160 cm), one bedroom has French doors to the balcony. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, bath, two sinks and a toilet. You will also find a second living room and second kitchen on the ground floor. The living room has a corner sofa and dining area with open kitchen. The second kitchen has an electric hob, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, freezer and sufficient kitchen utensils.

On the ground floor there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The first floor, ground floor and ground floor bedrooms have underfloor heating. The entire villa is air-conditioned.

OUTSIDE AT VILLA NOREÑA
The covered terrace is equipped with patio heaters and nice garden furniture. Around the swimming pool you will find nice sunbeds and lounge beds. Further on you will find the spacious outdoor barbecue where you can enjoy cooking outside. In the evening, the villa is beautifully romantically illuminated by outdoor lighting and lighting in the swimming pool. There is also a private parking space (carport). Due to the location of this villa, the sun will no longer be present on the site during the afternoon in autumn and winter. You can of course just sit outside and enjoy the view endlessly and, if necessary, use the patio heaters.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Minimum stay: 7 nights. In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday. In the other months, arrival and departure are permitted on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities. We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

HEATING POOL
Heated private swimming pool (can be booked in advance, please indicate when booking): pre-heating costs € 100 per stay. When using the heated swimming pool, electricity consumption is higher. Additional consumption is calculated via the meter on site. From mid-April to June and September/October it is possible to heat the pool, other months it is not possible. A heated swimming pool cannot be used in the months of July and August, the temperature of the swimming pool water in these months is very pleasant.

STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Noreña is suitable for winter rental, from November 1 to March 31. During this period it is only possible to rent per month (min. 30 nights). The villa is heated by a heat pump (calculated based on a meter € 0.40 per Kwh and an average of € 150 per week), to be paid in cash on site. In the period from November to March the rental amount is € 1600 per 4 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, whereby interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is mandatory.
