Beautiful detached villa with spectacular sea views, near Altea in the town of Callosa d'en Sarrià, on the Costa Blanca, Spain for 6 to 8 persons.
The villa is located in a hilly area with a beautiful view over the valley and the sea in a quiet residential area just outside Callosa d'en Sarria. With all the great things the outdoors has to offer (space, tranquility, privacy, nature, fresh air, skies and sunrise over the sea to name a few) while still being only 1.5 kilometers from supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants away. The historic town of Altea with many restaurants, nice shops and wide beaches is a 17-minute drive or a 30-minute bike ride. The beautiful waterfalls of Fonts de L'Algar are just a few minutes' drive away. You can also swim here. Authentic villages such as Polop, La Nucia and the spectacularly located Guadelest are also a short distance away.

There is a wide range of restaurants at all levels and beautiful car, cycling and walking routes. The area also has a lot to offer for children. The Dinopark Algar is a 10-minute drive away and within half an hour there are various water parks, zoos and an amusement park (Terra Mitica) near Benidorm.

Alicante Airport is a 45-minute drive away and Valencia Airport is an hour and a half
