Villa Piedra Alta is a beautiful 14 person family villa located in Calpe/Benissa. The villa is located in the nature reserve "Sierra de Olta" halfway up the Olta mountain.

At 3.5 km you will find the beaches/shops and restaurants of bustling Calpe. The famous cities and airports of Alicante and Valencia are +/- 60 minutes drive from the house.

The villa has 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
On the ground floor are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with smart TV and a kitchen.
On the second floor are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with smart TV and a kitchen. 6 rooms contain storage cupboards and air conditioning (hot/cold). The 7th bedroom has a fan.
(there is also a cot and a high chair available)

The outdoor areas include: a covered terrace (ground floor), lounge terrace (second floor), roof terrace, a heated swimming pool (8x5 incl. children's pool area), outdoor kitchen, children's playing field and barbecue.
There are 12 sunbeds with matching cushions, two sun chairs, an outdoor shower and pool toys.
At the side of the house is an artificial lawn for jeux de boule and other games + trampoline (with protection net). There is room for 4 to 5 cars at the front of the house.
