With both Calpe and Moraira within a short driving distance, you have plenty of liveliness in the area . The owners have thoroughly renovated the living room, kitchen, bathroom, swimming pool and garden. From the villa you can walk onto the lovely terrace with lounge set, Weber barbecue and private swimming pool and enjoy the view over the green surroundings . An afternoon at the beach or a snack in a restaurant and then back to the privacy of your villa.

Inside Villa Alegria
You enter the villa into the modern living room with dining area. There is a comfortable seating area and satellite TV with TV Vlaanderen. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso machine. A lot of light enters the villa, which creates a very nice and pleasant atmosphere. From the living room you enter the conservatory , which can be closed by a glass door. From the conservatory you walk onto the terrace to the garden with private swimming pool.

The villa has three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. There are mosquito nets on the windows in all bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. There is also a separate room with a second toilet and a washing machine. There is a central air conditioning system that provides all places in the house with cold and warm air. But there is also a gas heater .

The outdoor life of Villa Alegria
This villa with private swimming pool on the Costa Blanca has a spacious driveway where you can park your car, the site is completely fenced . Outside you will find the renovated pool terrace with anti-slip tiles around the pool and an outdoor shower. The swimming pool is 4 x 8 meters, the depth decreases from 1.5 meters to 2.5 meters. There is a lovely comfortable dining table under the modern canopy . The garden is so spacious that children can play to their heart's content. There is a nice lounge set on the side of Villa Alegria.

Particularities
- Minimum stay of 7 nights.
- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is permitted on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings.

Stay in the winter months
Villa Alegria is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental applies from November 1 to March 31. The villa uses heating by means of a gas heater and air conditioning (hot/cold). When using the stove you pay €30 per gas bottle. How long the gas bottles last depends on your consumption. Costs to be paid on site. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, whereby interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is mandatory. For the latest rates and availability, please contact us.
