Apartment Casa la Vida is in a top location, 50 meters from the Mediterranean Sea and the beach of Playa de la Roda.
The apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible by a new large elevator that ends almost at the front door of the apartment.
From the balcony you have a side view of the sea, the harbor and the beach of Playa de la Roda. The balcony is surrounded by aluminum sliding windows for your safety.
The apartment will be completely renovated in February 2023 and has a large living room and two large bedrooms. There is also a kitchen and utility room which are fully equipped. There is a refrigerator, built-in oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain shower, toilet and bidet. The apartment is equipped with a fennel installation that provides cooling in the summer and provides the option of heating in the winter.
In addition to the complete renovation, the apartment is also completely new furnished for a guaranteed and pleasant stay. The large bedroom has a double bed of 160x200 and the other bedroom has two beds of 90x200. The living room has a 55-inch TV screen with all Dutch channels. In addition, the apartment contains bed linen, bath linen, beach towels and kitchen linen.
After your stay, a final cleaning fee of 100 euros is mandatory.
We recommend leaving the car at home. The apartment is centrally located on the boulevard with a bus station and train station at the rear of the building towards Benidorm, Alicante and Denia. Cars, scooters, electric scooters and bicycles can be rented within walking distance, all very affordable.
You fly to Alicante and from there you can easily take a taxi to Altea. If you want to travel more cheaply, you can take the bus or train, which stops practically in front of the door.
Sun, sea and beach at your front door. There is also a large swimming pool approx. 200 meters in the port of Altea at Club Nautico. There is a restaurant, Bon Vent, where you can have a delicious lunch, the bath is free. If you are not hungry but would like to swim, a card costs 5 euros per person per day
