This fantastically nice and luxurious holiday home - casa Koala - is in a prime location in the town of Albir on the sunny Costa Blanca. Both winter visitors and summer guests have been finding their way to Albir for years because of the beautiful location and the international atmosphere. There are numerous terraces and restaurants and there is a market on Sunday. Casa Koala is only 200 meters from the beach and next to the Eucalyptus Park - where you can eat a tasty paella, for example. The bus stop, restaurants and all amenities are within walking distance in the immediate vicinity, you do not actually need a car. The cottage faces south so sun all day. It has a spacious living/dining room with a very luxurious open kitchen with all appliances. 2 bedrooms, both with walk-in shower and sink, 2 toilets (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs). Separate washing machine room. At the front a sunny garden, on the 1st floor near the master bedroom a large terrace and at the rear a patio garden with a mini private swimming pool. Air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms. Wifi and Dutch TV channels. In short, a super nice place. Not suitable for babies and toddlers. And I'm sorry but smoking and pets not allowed.
