The apartment (1st floor) has its own gate to go to the beach via the shortest route! This accommodation has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a large double bed and 1 with 2 single beds.

A living room with a dining area, a closed kitchen with all modern conveniences and 2 bathrooms, 1 with sink and toilet and 1 with sink, toilet and spacious walk-in shower. From the spacious balcony you have a view of the nicest intersection of Albir. Completely renovated and equipped with new beds in 2020. Pet in consultation.

Explanation of prices

The prices include water use, kitchen and bed linen as well as WiFi and NL TV via Chromecast connection, but exclude electricity.
Electricity is settled with the deposit according to consumption at € 0.50 per kWh.
The final cleaning costs €85 per stay.
The deposit is € 200 per stay and will be refunded directly to your bank account after damage-free departure, after deduction of the cleaning costs. In case of cancellation up to 1 month before arrival, the deposit (25% of the rent) is due and from 1 month before arrival the entire rent is due.
