Villa Figueras (for 6 people) is located in a quiet area, on a dead-end street.
The villa is fully equipped, the garden has a beautiful lawn for the kids to play in, and a large swimming pool that is clearly visible from the terrace. The garden offers a lot of privacy, the forest area is located directly at the rear of the villa.
On the side of the villa there is a cozy bar with a permanent BBQ.
The villa has a driveway where the car can be parked, there is also a garage, but there is no possibility to park a car. The washing machine and dryer are located in the garage, where you can place your empty suitcases/bags, beach equipment or bicycles. The coast is easily accessible by bicycle.
On the ground floor there is the living room with open kitchen, a separate toilet, the entrance to the garage and a staircase to the upper floor. In the living room you can access the terrace through French doors. This is completely covered, a lovely shady spot. From the kitchen you can go through a door to the terrace next to the house, which is connected to the bar and BBQ, where you can extend an awning so that you can eat in the shade.
The living room has a TV with Dutch channels, and there is also WiFi in the villa.
On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, all overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Of which 2 bedrooms have access to a balcony. 1 double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over a bath. There is also a bathroom with a shower cabin.
All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning that can be used at night.
A very complete villa where many families have already had a wonderful holiday.
