The ground floor apartment is located in a quiet area 500 meters from Praia do Sul beach, the largest beach in Ericeira. The apartment is ideal for a couple with or without children. There is WiFi and extensive cable TV with 150 channels. The beds and mattresses will be available in 2023.

The authentic fishing village of Ericeira, 40 km from Lisbon, has cozy streets with good restaurants and nice cafes. Ericeira is world famous among surfers for its waves, but has retained its friendly Portuguese atmosphere. If you also want to surf, take a lesson at one of the many surfing schools.

There is also plenty to do for children: various playgrounds, mini golf, swimming pool and of course the beach.

Ericeira is the perfect place to go beach hopping. The beaches are beautiful and often surrounded by impressive cliffs. It is definitely Ericeira's biggest attraction. There are deserted beaches, rocky beaches, surfing beaches, beaches where there is always a party and beaches where you can chill out. There is something for everyone.

The apartment has a spacious, cozy living room with cable TV. In addition to Portuguese channels, you can receive English, German and French channels such as CNN, Sky news, Fox movies, NGC, Nickelodeon, Disney Channel, Eurosport. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. You have access to the terrace from both the living room and the kitchen. Both bedrooms are spacious. There are 2 bathrooms. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished and fully equipped.

The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with bath, toilet and bidet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and a folding bed and can accommodate up to 3 people. This bedroom has a terrace located at the front. The 2nd bathroom has a massage shower and toilet.

From the luxurious living room with fireplace you reach the spacious sun terrace of 43 m2 with unobstructed views of the sea and the surrounding area. At the dining table or on one of the 2 sun loungers you can quietly read a book or drink a glass of wine while enjoying the sun.
