Located in the charming fishing village of Carvoeiro, Casa do Vale is a perfect place for travelers looking for a luxurious family stay. This exclusive 4-bedroom villa offers luxury with panoramic ocean views and a variety of amenities that ensure an unforgettable holiday experience. Available in this villa is - for private use - a tennis court that also serves as a small football field with football goals, a putting and chipping golf green, a heated swimming pool, fully equipped gym, games room with pool table, dart board and play station 4. As a guest you will enjoy sea view from the pool terrace and from the master suite balcony.

Interior: the interior of the villa exudes contemporary charm. A fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, a drinks cooler, 4 electric hobs, dishwasher, toaster, blender, double fridge freezer, 2 integrated ovens & grills and an integrated microwave. There is a hot water tap and a breakfast bar with 4 stools.
The dining area connects to the pool terrace, and the air-conditioned living room with sofas, a large flat screen, smart TV with entertainment options and an LG sound system offers the ultimate in relaxation. Channels include BBC, ITV, Sky channels, thousands of channels from all over the world including football and also films and television series.
The entertainment options at Casa do Vale are limitless. An outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, perfect for alfresco dining, is joined by a poolside bar/games room equipped with a bar, TV, Playstation 4, pool table and even an American pinball machine, providing hours of entertainment for guests. The pinball machine is original and costs one euro per game. All other facilities are free and included in the rental prices.
The air-conditioned fitness room is extensively equipped with a rowing machine, spinning bike, treadmill, multitrainer, free weights, weight bench and punching bag. The smart TV in the fitness room can be used for music, YouTube, Netflix or other TV channels during your workout.
There is Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the villa.

Bedrooms: The four bedrooms, each with refined furnishings, offer comfort and privacy. The first bedroom, the master suite, is on the first floor and has a super king-size bed, a private terrace with table and chairs overlooking the ocean, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a beautiful large Hansgrohe shower and double sink. A smart TV is available with a full Sky+HD package.
The second bedroom is the family suite with a living area with sofas and a smart TV with Youtube, internet access, Netflix options etc. This suite has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an imperial bed, a smart TV with full Sky+HD sports and movie channels, patio doors leading to the pool terrace and a smart TV with Netflix channels, double wardrobes with a safe and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
The fourth bedroom has two single beds, a smart TV, patio doors to the terrace and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

In the garage there is a washing machine and dryer at guests' disposal.

Outside:
From the electric entrance gate you enter the grounds of Casa do Vale. There are more than enough parking spaces. Next to the driveway is the tennis court, which is also equipped with football goals. Next to the tennis court, on one side there is a unique putting green with a chipping area and 6 holes. On the other side of the tennis court, next to the fruit trees, the beautiful outdoor kitchen is available with a BBQ area, table and chairs for 8 people, as well as a pizza/bread oven, microwave and grill. On the side of the villa there is a private fruit and vegetable garden where you are welcome to pick your own herbs, fruit and vegetables.
The pool terraces are furnished with 8 sunbeds, a hanging chair, a fatboy lounger, various seating areas, table tennis and a heated jacuzzi with ocean views - perfect for watching the sunset. The use of the jacuzzi is included in the rental price.
The private swimming pool measures 11.5 x 4.5 meters with steps and can be heated (for a fee). To keep the pool water at the right temperature, an electric pool cover is also available that must be used at night. The depth of the pool varies from 1 meter to 1.90 meters.
