- Separate bathroom with bath and shower with adjustable rain and hand shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
- Two single beds, TV and spacious cupboards.
Bedroom 2: Jade Green
- Sunny room on the ground floor with two single beds overlooking the garden, located at the front of the villa.
- Ceiling fan.
- A sideboard and hanging cupboard that offers sufficient storage space.
- Separate bathroom with bath and hand shower, two sinks, toilet and bidet:
This bathroom is located between bedrooms 2 & 3.
Bedroom 3: Alentejo Yellow
- Sunny room with balcony also located on the ground floor, with a view of the
Albufeira marina, pool and gardens.
- Two single beds, spacious cupboards and separate dresser.
Pool Dimensions: 10m x 5m, Depth: 1-2m
Prices are all inclusive: displayed per week (€) 1x per week:
- Cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms, toilets, living room, etc.
- Replacement of linen, towels, bath towel.
The tenant must leave the villa in a neat condition, the BBQ, waste containers empty and clean. Smoking & pets are not allowed.
It is NOT allowed to allow other persons to stay overnight or to use the facilities than those who are the tenants.
The villa is rented per week (7 days) without fixed arrival and departure days.
