At bungalow park 'De Goudsberg' in Lunteren you will find our cozy home with a charming, spacious garden and lovely wood-burning stove.
The house is quietly located, on the edge of the park and right opposite the forest.
The surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful; The Veluwe with its heathlands and sand drifts is popular with hikers, cyclists, mountain bikers and horse riders. At the adjacent campsite you will find an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, a football field, table tennis and play equipment. This can be used for a fee.
Layout:
Entrance to hall. From the hall you have access to the bathroom, toilet, master bedroom, second bedroom and living room/kitchen.
The toilet is separate and has a sink. The bathroom has a shower and sink, as well as a cupboard with towels and toiletries.
The large bedroom has a queen size bed (160cm x 200cm) and a three-door wardrobe. There is room to place one of the two existing single beds of 90cm x 200cm
The second bedroom has a fold-out desk and a single bed of 90cm x 200cm. If desired, the other single bed can be added here. However, in that case the storage room is only accessible from the outside.
The washing machine, freezer and oven are located in the storage room.
The cozy living room has high ceilings with beams. The skylight in the ridge provides extra light, which creates a spatial effect.
The seating area has a double sofa and two comfortable armchairs. A wood-burning stove provides extra atmosphere on dark evenings. The flat screen television has an extensive channel package and HDMI cable so you can stream from your phone or laptop.
The stereo system has a blue tooth connection; ideal for listening to your own Spotify lists.
In the open kitchen you will find a dining room table with 4 comfortable chairs. The kitchen itself has a gas hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is also a toaster, Nespresso coffee maker with milk frother and kettle.
The living room has two patio doors leading to a covered terrace overlooking the picturesque garden.
There is also a second seating area, where you can enjoy the afternoon sun on nice days.
In the shed you will find, in addition to garden tools, a plastic inflatable children's pool and some outdoor toys.
There is a bicycle in the storage room next to the house, which can be used as desired.
